promises that if we fix an appliance and it breaks down again during our ninety-day warranty period, we'll return for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we'll fix it for free! If the machine has another problem, we'll treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house. This policy lets you know you have nothing to lose. So any time you have a problem with a repair you don't have to get upset or stressed out to get a response. Just politely let us know you have an issue and we will make it right. That's service you can trust, and that's why we say ”our heart is in your home!”
Let's say the pump in your washing machine needs to be replaced. Our technician will look in the book, find “pump replacement” and note that it is $200. He will also add the $69/$79 in the service call portion of the invoice. If, hypothetically, the pump is $40, he will fill that in the parts section of the invoice. At this point the total is $110 and since the book calls for a $200 job, the technician fills the labor portion of the invoice with $90.
The service fee will be itemized on your invoice and is applied to the
total price that our blue book calls for.
If you decide to not have the replacement done, you would only be changed the $69/$79 service and diagnostic charge.
Please remember that the example above is a hypothetical and we won't be able to know the actual costs until we have diagnosed the actual problem. Our diagnostic charge includes the cost of travel to your home and the time needed for out technician to complete the diagnosis and provide you with an appropriate quote.
